SwimMac is a nonprofit located in North Carolina. When covid hit, they needed to really do their due diligence and determine the best value for their company. We helped them evaluate their options with their current PEO, a different PEO and leaving the PEO model.
Our solution
We provided them with a thorough financial analysis that unbundled their costs and showed them exactly what they were paying for each line item. We provided an apples-to-apples comparison to some of the top PEOs we selected as a best fit for them. Ultimately, based on our analysis they determined their best option was leaving the PEO model.
